You forgot another very very important point.
If you are placing this donut on the drive axle and are travelling on the highway then you have another issue. To replace a drive axle punctured tire and if you only have a donut is a 2 step job, you need to unmount a tire from the non drive axle and place the donut there and place the full size good tire you just removed on the drive axle wheel.
This is to prevent you killing your differential.
Do not drive more than 75 km/h with this wheel as it will blow out and cause more damage, it may also cause ABS codes to pop up because the wheel rpm is higher than the rest (because its a smaller wheel)
Make sure you inflate it to recommended pressure, its usually 55 or 60 psi pressure (cold).
I personally HATE this wheel. its completely useless and a pain to work with - I like my spare wheels to be full sized.
And nowadays manufacturers are even cheaping out further by not providing a wheel at all - they just give you a pump and a bottle of sealing gel - what good is that when your wheel looks like this.

yet those cars are being sold everyday because new generation drivers are only interested in its external shape and other bits like stereo etc.
