Few wooden parts are just dead due to water . Now m going to fabricate those parts in fiber so that it couldn't be effected due to water etc and they will b long living I think .
Any other/better suggestions about this ???

Bro nice project I remember doing one these 10 years ago I just couldn't deal with constant rattling. I thing u have such a big choice of materials now

More pics pls are the tops in good condition do stay in it over night or is it a day camper. There's so much u can do.

When I did the kitchen in my house I opted for PVC kitchen cabinets. They look superb, finish is outstanding and they are 100% water proof. Plus you can get beautiful finishes. 100 times better than fiber glass. These can be fabricated to your needs/size/shape.

Nice idea bro but its cabinets are all ok and all other outer parts, the wooden parts which are dead comes under the water tank and sink , stove so out look don't matter the thing matter is long living ...

The idea I am offering is to explore the possibility of using PVC board instead of fiber glass. Fiberglass will be a few mm thick while PVC board is 1/2" or 3/4" thick ...... not sure. Visit Kitchen Care or any of the "proper" kitchen suppliers in your city.
