Aoa,I'm going to be visiting Saudia soon. Can anyone tell me can I get a international driving license from here in isb that's valid for Saudia?Do ISB traffic police issue such license or any other authority
Yes, you can get an international driving license from ITP. It'll be valid in Saudia.
Visitors are not allowed to drive here in KSA legally you have to be either resident (Iqama Holder) or National to get a car on rent due to cars have to be transfer on driver with valid KSA license before taking on road.But if you have some relative o friend here you can drive their car with them.

Yes u can drive. Get intl driving license from Isb and ur company can ask the rent a car company to give u the car. no issue
Yes legally you can not drive because here rental car need to transfer to person even for 5 Minutes.They have very advance traffic violation system.
