Hi Friends,
Here is a thing, As you know to get a Regular Driving Licence you need to have a Learning Permit and only after that you can get a PAKISTANI DRIVING LICENCE. i live abroad and Visit Pakistan yearly but only for 2 weeks MAX, and cannot go to get the Licence because I am out of Pakistan by the designated exam date.
I have 2 Questions?
- Is the International Driving Permit (1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic) is eligible in Pakistan, because Pakistan follows 1965 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic? (You can see the difference below in the photos)
2. Can I get a Regular Licence Instantly, if I provide IDP ?
