The rumours about PTCL blocking the torrents isn't true. There is some repair work going on and we are using internet on backup link. Try to download the torrents between 11pm to 10am. Those who are facing problem on Torrents need to follow these steps.
1)Download & Install Hotspot Shield or just use any other vpn.
2)Open Utorrent
3) Go to preferences of U torrent.
4) On left Click on Bit torrent.
5) At the bottom of the page Tick or Mark Allow Incoming Legacy Connections, also, on Outgoing Category, Select Forced.
Now download the torrent which ever you like and you are all set. Using this method im getting around 450-600kbps on evo wingle.
