is in your country provide those console box?
because in my country, every single Charade G11 doesnt have a console box..

Yeah this is the original console box that came with this car, not made here. In fact Detomaso was for made for JDM (Japan Demostic Market) and not exported anywhere as new. But later after being used in Japan for a few years these were exported to other countries where they have Right Hand Drive. Car's meant for export as New did'nt had these options in Pakistan also and same may be the case in Indonesia. But those Japanese Cars imported in Pakistan as used cars are full of additional optional equipment.

I have conserved this console as it does not accomadate any of the stereo we have today. I didnt even cut the dashboard to fit stereo in place of the factory radio.

One clean car , i am a big fan of Charades and do admire the GTti for being the fastest 1000cc cars in the world ,

Your car seems to be well maintained and i can assume that by just looking at that clean and tidy engine bay Mashallah .

Needless to say , keep good care of this car .

Here are a few older pics form my HDD. This car used to have a Hook wing spoiler. I placed it when the original spoiler strip towards the back of the roof got broken in an attempt to take it away (by someone and he couldnt succeed). Later it flew off on the highway at high speed and i couldnt recover.

This spoiler was removed and then sold to a fellow pakwheeler

I added the Black Stripe to Hide the fading bonnet. i avoided to repaint it. This is all original factroy paint all around

Niks and dent are there if you look closely in the above pics, but each one has a history so im living with them

This car get a regular coat of polish may be that the cause of fades along the edges and corners.

i agree that you dont cut the dashboard to fit the stereo.. keep original mate!
interior side truly hard to find,..

FYI the market for Indonesia was not JDM like the other country..
less of optional equipment such as those console box..
and if someday.. if I needed those console box, could you help to me find out over there?
