This https://ecostar.com.pk/products/gree-products/split-ac/inverters-split/gs-18vith1/ appears to have better Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) (4.0) compared to https://ecostar.com.pk/products/gree-products/split-ac/inverters-split/gs-18fith1w/ but it is out of stock. Is 4.0 EER compared to 3.7 much better or is the difference not significant?

Brother I have no idea regarding EER, as HVAC is not my field, however, to me, the one available in stock right now just seems fine and worth buying. Secondly, the data available here for local products on local websites, is not 100% accurate.

If some product is out of stock, it can also mean that it is discounted, or might discontinue in the near future.

IMO, it is always better to go for and buy running items and models, i.e. the Brands and their products which are "IN" in the market.

I have monitored power consumption of hyundai inverter AC

how does EER mentioned on ACs could be correlated with performance and energy efficiency. i was unable to correlate. like pel shows eer 4.3 w/w, kenwood says 4, samsung says 3.2 and again it says 10.94 with different unit. and when i google it, there is other explanation about EER and SEER.

My TCL Miracle 18T3G 1.5T AC is behaving weirdly.
It gives foul smell off and on
At 27° operation, it trips off for many minutes while giving warm humid air and then after some minutes again starts giving cold air.
I have recently serviced the AC
(It throws very little water through drainage pipe)

inverter ACs are intended to be run for long term.
if you use say for 2 hours and shut off and again after few hours you wanna turn on and again use for few hours n so on. then you cannot get full benefits of inverters.
it happens in load shedding areas, so such areas cannot get enough bill reductions. but even then, the inverters consume less max power then the conventionals. if you are those type that want there room chilled and cannot run the AC for longer periods then go for conventionals.

Sir , I believe your Indoor unit's Temp Sensor has been moved , which is why it might be sensing cold temp which in turn trip your compressor.
