i set my Gree inverter temp at 16C but room temp did not reach below that 26C even after contious running of 7 hours is there any problem? please suggest

Please do understand that its an AC and not a refrigerator. If you have a large room or your room recieves direct sunglight during the day, your current air conditioner might not be able to bring the temperature down to 16. You'd need a lot bigger compressor for that to take place. Put a 4 ton standing unit in the room and then you'd love the results

Bro i bought gree inverter just a week ago, i set temperature at 25 C but room temp remains stay at 27C , not below that if i set AC temp at 16 then room temp stays at 26C and if door is openend for few second then temp decline upto 29 suddenly even AC has been run for 7 hours. I want to know is it right behaviour for inverter my room size is 15*11 and am talking in night temperature

Thanks brother. Yeah, this one looks a lot different than what I was offered. This looks like a new design, that one surely was old. Will pay them a visit again tomorrow, if price doesn't suit me, will settle with Gree 16000 BTU unit. Already using that in another room and is working quite fine. Runs at 1.3 Amps most of the time. Room is not in direct sunlight so that might be the reason.

15x11 is not that big a room. What is tonnage of your inverter and what's the model, if you could please specify? Seems there is some problem. Where is your room? Ground floor or first floor and receiving direct sun light or not?

i just bought a week ago and cooling is not satisfying hopefully senior technician will visit tommorrow to fix issue first guy came and inserted more Gas now pressure is 150. one more thing is your AC trips off after some time or runs continously

Whatever the behaviour, it should cool your room. Keeping in view your room size, it should be able to attain 20 Celsius in few hours and might even go down a bit during night when ambient temperatures go low. Call their helpline straight away to have it properly checked. Some gas leakage might have taken place. Also do check with the mode whether are not you are running it in proper cooling mode. You should select snow flake for cooling, At times simple mistakes prevent machines from performing optimally.

Bro i called and technician came and inserted more Gas in it as default pressure was 120 and he increased it upto 150

Call them again and have it tested to at least 22 degrees in their presence.
