Told you gree cools more but if you set it to 21 degree youll feel colder air as it reaches 21 easily unlike gree.

My vents move and theres no outdoor noise, i vacuumed the outdoor unit and filled it with honeywell refrigerant.

The blower makes a lot of sound on jet mode and on f5 fan speed.

The energy button is not applicable on this model. You have it on your remote because this is a universal lg remote made for all acs. Energy display mode isnt supported on this.

Yah get a used Samsung s5 or any other ir blaster equipped phone and run their app that has all the controls for almost all the appliances

You mentioned that LG has some AI mode that blows really cool air?

I'm Not talking about the White Louver at the front - which moves up/down. There are black slats behind that, they are supposed to move air left/right. Mine don't move at all, also not possible to adjust them manually? Can you confirm the model# of your indoor unit and functionality, so I can file a complain with LG.

you're right the black ones do not move. Maybe they are designed this way. Could not be faulty in 2 units :).

I think if you look carefully they are positioned in a way to work with the white louver as they aren't fixed in one specific position. i think they cover the whole room at least in mine.

My model is the same as yours. already posted pic and model numerous times. I found it to throw cold air as long as it draws above 5 amps. I've set it at 22 degrees for this purpose. amps stabilize at 3- 5ish at this temp and it continues to blow colder air.

AI mode is the mode after cold mode with the "A". its not that it blows colder air its just a different AI mode that is more realistic towards room temp.

what is the coldest air temperature you recorded from the blower at 18 degree set temperature at evening?

Anyone have personal experience of the Pel inverters? Seen them at 2-3 locations and each time the room has been very cold/comfortable. Plus indoor units looked reasonably well made.

I have heard that dawlance giving 12 years warranty of its compressor is it right?

Dawlance has started giving 12 years warranty on its inverter AC's and refrigerators, given that it has been bought by one of largest home appliance manufacturers in the world hows the experience with their newer products?

for this size 1.5ton will not be effective as inverter ac.

You need 2 ton wall mounted A.C.

Look at orient Ultron 2 ton on orient.com.pk.

Gree Kenwood Orient are all the same ACs but Orient has lesser complaint and really good people behind the company.

Gree has reached a different league now so its not affordable for most.

Orient has superb power consumption and cools the room very effectively and you can get it for very cheap. Quality is there in their units and if i had another choice i would've gotten orient instead of LG and Gree and kenwood that i have.

I do not own orient but have seen its performance and have been surprised comparing it to my acs.

inverter works differently, if it cannot maintain a certain temperature it will not save you on bills.

Mitsubishi im assuming is normal ac whose compressor turns on and off so thats why it may be able to cool the room.

a 1.5 ton inverter will also cool the room but will not be effective in terms of saving electricity. You need to get the ac and room size perfect for inverters in order to reduce electricity so i told you to get 2 ton.

I need some help.

My LG 2 ton inverter AC shows a pressure of 130PSI at 9-10 amps when its using full power to cool down temperature.

When amps stabilize and reach 3-4 amps ive seen the pressure reach 160PSI and the cooling is obviously not cold. The cooling feels cold only at 7-10 amps and when it stabilizes the gauge pressure of suction side reaches 160psi at 3-4 amps.

i filled gas by weight, can you please advise what is wrong as pressure should not reach 160psi at 3-4 amps?

please also check your suction pressure at 9-10 amps and then when amps stabilize.

My suction pressure is 130PSI at 8-10 amps and then goes upto 160 PSI at 2-4 amps which is why cooling is not as effective as at 8-10 amps.. i'm trying to know why this happens. would appreciate if you checked the same pressure at max amps and then when amps stabilize.
