I purchased two brand new Haier A/C's in September this year and which were installed by the Haier registered installer. Both of these airconditioners had very inefficient cooling which was shown to the installer as well. But he said this was how Haier cooling is. He told us that we had made a bad decision by buying Haier.
Since I was purchasing airconditioners for my new home. So next two air conditioners I bought were Kenwood. Both these airconditioners were installed by the same installer. This was also in the month of September this year. These two A/C's are since then working perfect.
Recently, the Haier A/C's have stopped completely and they are not working at all while in heating mode. I have done many complaints since the units are under warranty but to no response. There are various excuses. The recent one is that since it is too cold therefore they can't check the gas.
It seems like we have flushed down the drain our halal ki kamai of Rs. 150,000. I am in Multan and request my brothers if anyone on these forums can help me in getting this sorted out. I am right now so desperate that even if I have to spend some money at least somebody can make these two units just in working condition. I have no confidence in Haier service now. At times I feel like removing these two units and just torch them in front of Haier service center.
