I think if people know that Not vacuuming will damage their ACs in the long run and also affect their performance, then they surely will pay for it.

Haier HSU-18HR is 77K at abid market, so around 12K more expensive. Saw it at their showroom today, its pretty decent looking - plain and simple, the way I like it. I think if I was able to see dawlance sprinter in-person, it would make my decision a lot easier, since I don't like the indoor quality of Powercon we got last year. It looks quite cheap with bluish-white plastic body.

Money isn't much of an issue for me since this is an investment that will last next 10-15 years. Its quality that I'm more concerned about.

Can anyone tell what's the difference between different orient ultron models. The specs on their website widely differ on different models whereas they mention same features.

you can visit any electronics store, most of them have dawlance. Or find authorized dealers list from dawlance website and give them a call about availability. then visit and have a look.

Usually these features will vary across models:
Gold fins
low voltage startup
heat and cool
wifi
indoor design

Orient used to have a good detail of models on their website, are you not able to differentiate? If two ACs have same features listed then most likely only indoor design is different. I know of three models,
ultron plus, ultron super, ultron bold. All three are same except indoor design is different

It's a pain in the back to figure out which model is ACTUALLY UNIQUE.

All these resellers (i.e. PAK brands) import same stuff in bulk, slap their own labels on indoor/outdoor/remote.. then sell them with different names and designs.

yesterday went with my boss to buy samsung nsf series digital inverter, 2 tons, for 125,000. from samsung store

except for copper pipe, every thing was included.

1.5 ton was for 105000 from same place, sort of regret buying the kenwood 1838 for 100,000.....

no actually vaccum does not take a lot of time on standard home split AC. maximum 10 minutes.

then it depends on you how long you hold the vaccum.

Yes i always say if you're going to be gree or now kenwood for 90K+, better add a few bucks and buy samsung or lg or panasonic

No unfortunately, I dont know if the specs are actually different or they have wrong info on their website. All are ultron models but have mentioned different specs like air flow, size, outdoor protection rating, cooling/heating capacity etc.

Also does anyone own the pipe fitting tools? tube cutters, flaring tool, reamers etc? from which shops can be bought and any local names for it? and nylog? I was wondering why dont I install it myself

Good job Shameshung. They charge 125000 for their AC and wouldn't even give standard copper pipes with it. F**k em. I will avoid shameshung.

miracle 1.5 ton at 27 after completing its desire temp. due to rain weather is also normal. but i am seeing in humid weather dc inverters are doing wonders in terms of power saving and making the climate comfortable

thats a 2 ton ac.

copper pipes are not really expensive. even the insulation is provided by samsung. just not the copper

I'm in ISB, flare tool and tube cutter is easily available but I didn't find reamer, maybe i need to search with its local name but i dont know. Also i didnt find nylog not even in online stores, is it available in KHI.
