Today i googled prices for 1 ton inverter AC as i want to purchase within 1 month IA and What i found is Haier 1 Ton HSU-12HQA-R2-DB DC Inverter with highest EER I've found yet that is 4.37 and price is 63000 so if anyone using this AC plz share with me

Difference is in BTU bro 1.5 have 18000BTU and 1.6 have 19500BTU

I am using Haier hsu-12hnh/dc(w) model. it is the latest model and cost me 54000 for ac (installation kit is included by company). I also have gree inverter 1 and 1.5 ton and Samsung inverter 1.5 ton. In 1.5 ton Samsung is the best. it cools the room on first floor very quickly. While in 1 ton Haier is better choice than gree in my opinion. Haier turbo cooling and quite mode is amazing.in quite mode it only takes 2.5amp which helps in running it on solar inverter.

Dear friends i have just purchased a new 1.5 ton kenwood AC a few days back and i normally use it from 10pm to 10am and it works freezing cold.
Yesterday i switched on my AC at 3pm and it worked perfectly fine at startup but just after few minutes its compressor switched off and no coolling at all ....
I checked every thing from remote and also reduces the set tenperature to 18 buy still no luck. After zuhr prayer i switched on my AC and it starts working again freezing cold.

Today i again turn on my AC around 2pm but again Compressor trips after few minutes and never turned on again.
The thing is that i am living on first floor and room open to light from three sides and unit is on roof in such heat .... I specially purchased a non invertor AC because of this issue which was preassumed by myself and also rwcommended by many experts...
My question from all of the thread members is that " are you facing the same issue "
If "yes " then what have you done.
If " no" then there must be wrong at my end and i may contact company warranty .
Will appreciate your feed back on this

Install the outdoor unit at shaded area or atleast create some shade for it, like those green shaded clothes. If its tripping at high temperatures like you said, then that's due to compressor overheating since you put outdoor unit in direct sunlight.

Similar thing used to happen to my friend who had installed the outdoor unit at roof in direct sunlight which made outdoor unit burning hot. He re-installed in on wall in shaded area and now it works perfectly fine.

A good idea is to always install outdoor unit at shaded area which is not directly exposed to sunlight majority of the times.

I usually consider sunlight directions while installing split acs and their outdoor units. I prefer to install it at a place which is not directly exposed to sun most of the times. It helps a lot.

I used to get the same issue on our Kenwood split ac's even at night. Though those were non-inverter and it was due to over-load as per the technician, he used to come and do something to the outdoor unit and it would start working. But it used to occur like every month that too on both the kenwood splits.
One of the main reason why we didn't bought kenwood now!
If there's warranty contact them then!

Non of my Ac's are working properly and they trip frequently because of low voltage problem in Lahore nowadays. Only my Haier 1.5 ton non inverter working flawlessly because of its low voltage operation.

Check ur voltage. If the voltage is below 208v it wont work.i have their eviva 1.5 ton first floor no insulation and due to voltage it doesnt work. Havd a 7000w Stabilizer on it.

Well then it means voltage is the real problem because voltage is normally between 180 to 200 and some times even 160

Hey

Invertor acs usually work well in low voltages cauze they are being marketed as able to work on generator n ups. They are comparately new tech so luks like they handle low voltage.

Dirext sun light may be a issue of ur problem but its result shd be less cooling not no cooling. Better get it checked
Make a video for reference to show them when it tripped as they might not come at that time when problem occurs.

Get a electricn n measure ur voltage and xheck produxt voltage from specs.

My non invertor is in dirext sun lite and no abnormal behaviour
