Ok set the temperature to 22* and then maintain 440watts and show us.
Due to high heat now a days it will not able to maintain such amperes in 22* or 16*. Ac will have to work hard to maintain lowest temperature

Once temperate reaches the desired set temp amps will reduce if not 440 then 550 but whats the use of inverter ac if youre keeping it at 30? Why spend extra 30-40k on it? Sada ac tou trip ho jata haii once temp is reached wo le lo? aur then i don't understand the logic har ac k sath logon ne amp meter lagaya hua haii. pehle ac chalo phir amp dekh dekh k dil jalao​

Yes I r right Huzaifa bro but to maintain lower temps at this summer hot weather is not that easy but achieving this temp like 28, 29 or 30c is not difficult at all.
Tell me about your solar setup how is it going now a days? Any suggestions will be warmly welcome

My whole home is running on solar and one AC non inverter 1 ton runs on 16 from fajr till 5. At around 3 o clock it starts taking some electricity from wapda but its no more then a inveter ac. We're making around 13-14 units per day from solar. Have to increase capacity aswell. Our solar is divided 3kw in our portion rest 3.3kw in 2 uper portion. Combined we make 26-28 units per day. Plus the main benfit is 0 loadshedding

And also tell me about your max percentage of solar production as I have 2000 w and getting max 1400w-1500w max at full peak and with clean panels

From 3kw max production is 2200 and i am not Satisfied with that. I don't know if the panels are making this issue or it is the inverter whicch is not efficient. but currently its working at just lower mppt range. will add 2 more panels to keep voltage at max and see if they go up to 3kw

From 3kw max production is 2200 and i am not Satisfied with that. I don't know if the panels are making this issue or it is the inverter whicch is not efficient. but currently its working at just lower mppt range. will add 2 more panels to keep voltage at max and see if they go up to 3kw

I think its due to a lot of hot weather coz panels drop its efficiency dramatically in hot high ambient temp

Inverter is more efficient than conventional AC and I mean to ma words as I have 6 conventional AC in home and office n its first one with inverter and I claim that inverter is more efficient in cooling and better economy too.
And your argues about 30c is useless as we feel comfortable at 28 to 30c at sleep time as don't have to put blanket over u all night and for small kids to its best ambient temp.
Before this I have 1 ton haier which consumes 1460 watt and goes to 1500w sometimes and took very hard time to trip at 30c too and also best part of inverter is that you can run it easily on solar or UPS coz have no spike at startup we consume about 12 to 14units in 1 night while at conventional one and now consuming 5 to 6 units in whole night u can see the difference.

They do a good job when temp is low. I've seen them going to 94% efficiency but thats not everyday

I believe this is to control AC remotely. Like you can control it remotely from anywhere outside the house via internet connection. Like you can turn on home AC few minutes before reaching home etc.

30C isn't comfortable temp during day time, may be at late night it is Ok.Once I tried to check temp with lowest cooling & after 28 it doesn't feel like AC is running for cooling.
In your case it might be different as you run AC for long hours so 30 may be comfortable after AC running for hours.Also may be your room is on ground floor & roof,walls covered but for me AC at 30C doesn't work on 1st floor with roof,a wall exposed to sun.
Please tell difference of amps when you run AC at 30 & when you run at 26etc.
I also want to tell my Gree 1 ton inverter amps changes with fan speed.i think it takes 0.70 amps for one fan speed & amps increases when you increase fan speed.Do share your calculations of amps relating with different fan speeds.

Inverter is more efficient by design..but correct implementation is needed..to make it work..
The control electronics for inverter compressor are expensive..so the Chinese are doing fraud by putting inverter compressor but it is wired like regular on/off compressor to work full speed..which means it will not save you much if at all...some chinese units have only w or 3 speeds for inverter..Also the Chinese are undersizing the compressor..so while it is an inverter compressor..it is running at full speed all the time due to overloading...to get maximum saving you should look for full variable speed inverter....plus the compressor should be matched correctly with the system..typically 80% of the compressor capacity should correspond to rated BTU of the unit..with 20% being reserve for expedited cooling (turbo mode)...

Yes u r right as I have backup for my AC it it runs continuesly at whole night and have a lot of solar power in the day time as I run it at 25c.
Soon I'll update with every degree and increment of apmere at single degree also.

Inverters are highly overrated in PW. Most people are not aware of "breakeven costs" concept. If you spend 25000/- more on inverter, and get 25000/- electricity savings from it, then its breakeven (still no profit). The real net savings start "after" achieving breakeven point (when the total savings exceed additional cost you paid). I believe the real breakeven points start after atleast ~10 years, since we only use ACs for summers 4 months only per year.

They cost more, then they save a little since AC is used here for summers only, mostly 4 months a year. It would definitely make a difference if ACs are used for like 8 or more months a year.

Solar panels are worth getting and their rate of return (savings) are fairly high and they cause more convenience too. But here too much hype about inverters. Inverter is best to run on UPS etc, nothing more than that.

Solar panels save normal UPS costs too, since normal UPS consumes 3X more electricity than normal electricity.

Dude, 30 is hot..its middle summer temperature..if you want to run ac on 30...its better not to waste money on installation of AC..because it is only serving as a show piece..

1.5Ton conventional= 1Ton inverter
