What's the general view about investing money in Bahria Phase 8? Prices seem to have come down after an artificially created boom and ever since Malik Riaz shifted his focus to development in Karachi. Is it still a good investment?
I am getting a 10 marla plot in sector L for about 2.4million. I know return on such investments is anybody's guess but has anybody on this forum got any knowledge of the property market in pindi/Islamabad?
