I can tell you so many stories of how people are getting ripped of by promises and good sales men.
One thing to make sure, don't give the money to other people and expect they will give you the profits. Most people who claim will keep the profits and give you a good share of the losses. Even if you have a stamp paper agreement. Our system favours the offenders.
My suggestion is to hire some badmash guys, four five afghans who are proven. cold blood killers. these hitmen will give you the ability to grab land of others and grow your assets. Pay bribes to judges if you get a problem on the way. Police will have their share as well. The lawyers will have their cut.
PS. fraud is now halal in the islamic republic of pakistan, up to 99 people. if you cross 100 then it is haram. I am not kidding. the new ammendment in our laws is proof. It is halal to gather 49 karor through these methods. if you cross 50 it is haram
