You have mentioned L, P, V blocks of gulberg for investment. What about O, R and M blocks of gulberg?

R & M are usually not preferred due to village adjacent to these blocks and no direct road access. Access is through L, which is considered as better option to invest.

O is still better, especially initial streets, and area close to circular road. so 10 marlas are better and 7 marlas at the back are not good, as a village is situated there.

Whatever you buy, just prefer road access, and clear land. As many villages lie here & there, you have to avoid that land as it can take years till that area is cleared.

Normally it depends what return do you expect from this much amount of investment. As gulberg is growing, and current max of 7 marla is around 30 lacs, while minimum is around 17 lacs. Not all blocks will give same return, however choose those which are under development and expected to get possession soon. You will surely get minimum 30% return in a year. Some blocks have increased by 10% while some have increased by more than 40% during the last one year. So rate of return will depend much on what you buy.
