Buy property not land. And rent it. Thats how you will double your money at the end when selling and get monthly return as well. And whenever possible, whenever. You can put it up for sale and you will get good price. Only issue is if you buy in big city or anywhere famous. Beware of security ir kabza group. Thats all from me. Just ask as many details about securing ur property and then its the best investment in terms of not giving it our time to make money.
