Invoice issued and registration name are different in punjab

I am going to buy yaris 1.5 in punjab that is unregistered so the invoice issued will be of different name and first registration will be on different name , While checking ISL and SINDH excise website i came to know that there are extra charges in this case like is ISL it is almost double and showing 3.5 lac for total registration and charging CVT and Advance Tax both same as in SINDH they are charging extra WHT tax , What about punjab? Will it be same ? What will be the exact charges if car is 2021 model and going to be registered in 2022 having value of around 37 lac , Thanks

you are buying the car on premium for which WHT is already collected by OEM., but you can not utilise that advantage, as the invoice is in other persons' name & cnic.

So at the time of registration you have to pay applicable taxes in addition to premium added over invoice value of the vehicle.

It does not matter which province your register the vehicle, WHT TAX has to be paid which is an additional cost to buy a vehicle for COD.
