Depends on what is your budget, Alpine resorts in Nathiagali and Chinar near Bhurban are best value for money. Plus being off season you should get best rates. Both have facebook pages and websites you can contact them.

Murree doesnt seems appropriate with family any more at max one can go on a week day take a walk have lunch and go back. very cheap public and too much chaos
