16gb is for 65k for soft unlocked & 80k for factory unlocked.
32gb is for 80k for soft unlocked & 90k for factory unlocked.

ali9686 @ Because soft unlock are unlock by user and when apple release new frame-version you are not able to upgrade your iphone until new unlock is come if you do upgrade your iphone will be lock again

Factory unlock are by apple so you didn't need to unlock it by yourself they come unlock from apple and you are free to use any sim and upgrade to any frame-version any time.

Iphones coming with the Latest Firmwares 4.0.2 can not be jailbreaked nor Unlocked ! Only if the device has its SHSH saved on cydia can be Downgraded to the older Firmware and can be jailbreaked and Unlocked.
