So recently i bought rallyvision hb4.
About the bulb: Its much better than oem bulbs. The light output is really good and better than those show-off white light+halogen hids. The cut-off is quite sharp for a halogen.I drive mostly on highways and i noticed that light spread was too near (may be 10-15m) from the car and also too saturated on centre so i adjusted the lights upwards and wider a bit. Last night i tested the newly adjusted beam and it was perfect. The road lit up so good and amazingly nobody gave a single dipper. I will test tonight as well and will adjust accordingly.
I don't know the lifespan of these bulbs, lets see how long do they last. The bulb run hotter than oem, a small area of headlight plastic feels hot but not as much as oem high beam side so guess its fine. The back of the bulb is quite hot to touch (almost burned my thumb) but the connector and wiring feel normal.

It was nice dealing with you. I considered many bulbs and for almost a week i kept discussing everything with him and he would always gladly reply. The only thing that let me down was that i asked for tcs courier but he due to running short of time did lcs courier. I am glad lcs did not mess up this time 
but i hope next time you will go for tcs even if it costs more time and money. One happy customer you got there!
