I've civic 2003 (h4 application for heads and h11 for fogs) and currently i'm using HIDs in both heads and fogs. The problem is honda's fog don't go far rather spreads horizontally. And the heads are either too low or too high (with HIDs having plain yellow bulbs for low beam). While I like to drive with low beams even on highways, have to face severe visibility issued specially when oncoming traffic is using high beams.
Please suggest what can be done to improve road visibility by replacing the HID bulbs with better xenons (if there is such possibility) or replacing the HID system with better Halogens. Both for fogs and heads. And suggest the products which suits me best (keeping in mind that I never got better cutoff of light with my heads may be due to h4 style one big bowl of light and I have to drive too often on highways).
It will be great if you can share the knowledge with all and just pm the price to me.
