Is 2 or 4 tip spark plug is suitable for mehran? If yes, what are the pros and cons? and cost of the plug?

stick to stock single tip. just make sure you buy good quality / original plugs.

Denso or NGK both are good if original.

difficult to identify the fake plugs but the only solution to this problem is buying it from a well reputed shop.

Which place/shop is best for spare specially spark plugs price in Islamabad. I saw differnece in prices so dont wanna get ripped off.

Use autolite(USA) platinum spark plugs.You can get from nadir autos rwp.Price is Rs.300 per piece
