Is 2015 Vezel good for in city drive for Lahore as well as motorway?

I have heard the suspension is too stiff and is not comfortable. Please someone tell me how comfortable is it for people sitting in the front and also the rear. Is it fun and enjoyable to drive? Thanks in advance!

it is good for city use as it gives good mileage and the handling is better than any local car. However the suspension is stiff when compared to grande but not as stiff as civic. The front suspension is relatively softer compared to the rear which is quite hard.

it is comfortable when driving. But is only an inconvenience when you hit large potholes. Nevertheless I would recommend you Buy it as it is an excellent car and far better than any other option. I have a facelift grande and I can tell you from experience that vezel is in a different class than it. The suspension is comfortable enough for me I have no complains. I even took it to bhawalnagar once and it never once made me feel I should have taken corolla.

Thanks I am sure now it will be a good buy. People in some other site where dissing on Vezel like it's suspension was in the class of Suzuki waganer and so I got a little nervous. Lastly I would like to ask you have if you have ever got any problems with it?

I only had one little problem which i thought was huge but was no problem. All the warning lights would turn on and the brake hold feature would stop working. The warning lights ( check engine light, traction control etc) would sometimes go away and come back randomly. No one knew what was happening. Until one day the battery died ( the battery under bonnet not hybrid battery) and the car wouldn't start so i got it replaced since then the warning lights have never come back and the car is working flawlessly. In conclusion the warning light problem might of occured due to low battery voltage. other than that there have been no issues what so ever. The battery issue was not the cars fault it was just due to the battery being too old and car may have sat for so long.

It’s an excellent all rounder; packed with goodies, great interms of performance and mileage and lastly loads of practicality.

Yes it’s suspension is hard but it’s not a deal breaker nor it’s something that will make you uncomfortable. You will enjoy revving Vezel specially on highway due to instant torque and DCT.

perfectly said. the suspension may be hard but this hardness make handling excellent with no body roll. its not back breaking hard but you will feel the bumps

I have civic and grande as well and I can safely say that Vezel is faster then both.

I am selling my Honda vezel and going for a new Honda Civic 1.8. The drive in the city for me especially areas with traffic have been rough. Due to being a hybrid i guess, it takes some time to drive off after pedalling down. There will be a gap of 1-2 seconds after uve pressed down the pedal for it to move. The drive i have found to be somewhat not so snooth. Youll be facing jhatkay while driving compared to the smooth drive of any other sedan. I think that is due to the hybrid battery which provides power to the wheels but i dont know. The rear seats are the most uncomfortable. Theyre higher than the front seats. And also very stiff when going on rough patches or speed breakers you will be feeling the road surface in short rear seats are not the place to be in in a Honda Vezel. I have a 2014 model imported it myself it is an S grade car zero meter i got it and its driven around 48000 kms. I got in may 2015 and ive only started to fall out of love with it over time

2014 Vezel indeed was not smooth and I completely understand your point.
This has been improved in 2015 and now 2016 is perfect.
Either you get used to the lag or you don’t like it as it’s specially noticeable in traffic jams; the way to get rid of it is to accelerate gently.

When i got it it was one the very first ones in Pakistan. I understand if its been resolved with the newer models as i haven't driven a newer model i dont know. For me, the drive has been the only issue and the rear seats. Apart from that its a top quality car very practical huge trunk space if you fold the back seats and other really good features like autobrake, auto dimming mirror, sports mode goes flying and best of all the automatic Led lights youll come to love them.

I've had impromptu races with Vezel in both CL9 and Turbo, and I have to say it's impressive.

CL9 can barely pull 1 car length until 80-90 then leaves it for dead. Turbo sends it to the cleaners from the outset, but still Vezel is impressive enough for me to believe it will outperform Oriel and Grande, at least till about 100-120.

Vezel takes around 7.8 secs to reach 100 km/h
If one knows how to use DCT gears in sports mode. CL9 cannot easily cross Vezel.

I don’t mean to start any versus debate nor have I ever driven CL9 nor have I raced one.
According to YouTube videos and my own observation Vezel takes around 7.6-7.8 secs to reach 100
Accord CL9 takes around 9

So I don’t think Accord can cross Vezel.
