Been looking for some airline tickets recently and stumbled upon eDreams. They have low prices, usually lower than buying it myself from the airline itself!
But, when something seems too good to be true, I did a few searches on Google and well, the results are enough to put eDreams in a negative light, atleast for me. From horror stories where they give wrong PNR, tell you that the fare has increased, not refunding and the list goes on.
Here is one of the " reviews " I've read online and to be frank, loads of people have experienced the same issue;
"Today, I tried to book for our summer trip. We received the well-known e-mail saying that there seemed to be problems processing my bank card details and that we would hear about a confirmation shortly.
We received another e-mail a couple of hours later saying that the transaction could not be processed. And that due to security issues we would have to make a money transfer, and that would be the only possible method of payment for the moment.
Very dodgy! There is no problem what so ever with my CC and my bank. I called. And I will not pay 100$ to transfer money to Edreams.
I've sent an e-maill asking if I could try to book again later with my CC. Still waiting for a response. But with all these awful reviews, I will think twice about it.."

Ps- Who sells the cheapest airline tickets and are to be trusted? Can be any travel agent in Pakistan too- As long as I can communicate with him via Whatsapp, Viber, email or something like that, since PIA is not being helpful since the last week...:L
