I buy Toyota Passo 2014 and I refill car fuel tank with High Octane (PSO) as I heard that it is good for Japanese cars, Please suggest that is it better to use High Octane fuel then premium fuel?

Check your fuel cap what it says about petrol.
My JDM says E10 which is RON 94 or above. Thats what hi-octane is in Pakistan, its RON 95 mostly.
In Europe and Japan E10 is the regular petrol. In Pakistan regular petrol is RON 90-92
