if u want low running, as well as spare part replacement costs, mehran is better. if u want a nice little sports car and costs dont bother u than the Sera is better.

i m not sure bt i think it has a 4A-GE engine. that means the car should do 100 in 7-8 seconds. the cornering is quite good, drifts well when u lift-off in a tight turn. drifts difficult to control once the tail swings too much. It wont beat those modified civics but is good fun!
