Dear All,

I want to know that the Venturi installed in a FFC CNG setup. can be installed in an aftermarket CNG setup? Car is Suzuki Alto.

Will anybody describes the installation process of Venturi.

I have the aftermarket venturi installed in my Alto. I have tried to install the once which comes with FF CNG setup, but i think there must be some other accessories required sothat the FF venturi will be install.

Please help

Hi,
There is diffrent in picup and milage milage improved from 110Km w.a.c to 130-140 .It costed me around 1200/- with fitting from CNG complex Double Road.

yes, i got it installed today. Don't know whether it was original or not. He installed it inside my air cleaner housing. i felt a little better pick. However, i'll share my detailed obzervation on some other day.

I have installed in the same way, but after installation my car creates problem in starting. after changing the CNG setting and Air flow mixture setting it will start but not responds in a correct manner, donot know the reasons.

Can anybody tell me

At last Succed to install the Venturi. Now its working nicely.

Considerable increase in pickup.
Economy to checked at the end of Gas in cylinder (50kg)
Another important thing is that now Car will take the less jerk when you ON the AC, previously it was a big jerk when you ON the AC.
Cost: (Rs: 500 for Venturi & Rs: 200 for Installation + Free CNG / Air Flow Mixture Setting at some other place)

From where you have connected the Gas pipe to the Venturi.

From Front of the air intake or from back?

The position of my venturi is slight different, more on right side then yours and i have connected the pipe from front

Before the pipe was from the backside, this one is in the front! It cost me 700 plus 100 installation.

Dear, even the factory fitted CNG cars come with blockage. Difference is that their blockage can be seen from inside of the Air Cleaner Housing. My installer had also blocked it at the time of CNG installation. Yes, I do feel there is difference in pick and mileage. But i will be able to portray the real picture after some days when this filling of my cylinder gets ended and i fill it from my usual nearby CNG station..as this time i got my cylinder filled from an extremely quality CNG station( because that pump was near the area from where i got the venturi installed).
