I have a driving license issued from Karachi that has now expired. I am currently in Rawalpindi. Can I renew my license from here without having to give the tests again?
My ID card does have Rawalpindi address if it matters. I know I could go to the license office and ask but it's really far away from my residence so would like to know before going if it is possible.
