kindly guide, is it safe to buy laboratory car with complete paper work?

My friend shared Honda civic 2004 with a little crack on windscreen, 100% engine (d16w9), 100% suspension and 70% tyres, Body needs a paint job.

kindly guide should I go for this deal? and if yes how much max should I spend?

I have the same question about a surf, documents are complete, original file and book. Laboratory was cleared from forensic department last Monday and I'm confused between buying it or leaving it.
If someone caould help, it would be highly appreciated. The guy is saying there are no reports whatsoever as in fir etc and no spurdari case.

If all documents have been checked then there should be no doubt. One last formality is verification from Police 15. You may get it done to clear any further doubts.

you may buy it with peace of mind apply for transfer in your name at RWP Excise which is under Punjab Excise jurisdiction. Islamabad being Capital Territory has independent taxation system.
