A friend of mine is going to toyota Walton for body work of his toyota. So one told him that employees at 3s in general steal the origional parts and replace them with Chinese parts, specially with cars which are under insurance. Is it true?
Thats very true across all 3S shops in Pakistan they rip-off genuine stuff from cars under insurance repairs
Including, but not limited to. A friend of mine gave his Toyota for service in their center here (Saudi Arabia). Later when he got home, he found out there was original Toyota air inflator missing from the trunk ; )
