Is it worth buying property in Crescent bay

Hi ,

I am in Isb and dont know anyone is Karachi . Need some advice on whether I should buy property in Crescent bay? I mean the property dealers told me its good investment . Just confirming from people in Karachi. thanks

Emaar has developed a very BAD repo.....the reasons are as follows.

1. Creek VIsta which started 7 years back has stlll not been finished completely , they have some issues with DHA , the swimming pool , the club and everything they promised has not be delivered to the customers , other than the flats. ppls expectations are ruined.and therefore .....a 4 bed flat that was selling for like 15 million.....is selling around 10 million now..thier project RUINED expectations of people.

2. They are Uptight people who do NOT know how to do business in PAK , they never involve the local real estate agests for booking , and thus they BAD-MOUTH them , these idiots do not know that in pak , business is developed on PR rather then a beautiful unseen castle in the sky.

3. after the Dubai market melt down , and falling of shares of Emaar to 3 DH / share from 17 Dh / share , emaar has winded up its work from pak. emaar is big trouble these days.

so if you wish to invest in an emaar project , better forget abt the services and facilities they offer , and wait for atleast 10 years to see it complete.

Talk about Defence Phase-7; Then YES ...buy some property their as long-term investment!!
Coz Crescent bay is in Phase-7 for some kilometers..and once it completes..you're normal phase-7 property is going to enjoy the same privileges!!

can u plz give the definition of long term investement.

In simple words... something thats worth lakhs might give crores later on.

But when something is already for crores... i dont think it will reap billions.

No long term investment here.... the project is only for ppl who want a very private life not approachable by relatives n friends.

never said its in 7; I said some of Emaar stretches to Phase-7!!

& Its Crescent Bay!!

Obviously Phase-8 is the place where its being built; With Phase 6 & 7 in its neighbours; Now Phase-6 is very well populated thus its property is expensive then what Phase-7 has to offer.... And even Phase-7 extension is just beside Phase-8 so when Crescent Bay is complete a-100-years-later; its will share the privileges coz after Phase-8's success investors will look upto 7 to invest and build it just like its neighbouring phase. Undertsand now.

but i know as a matter of fact , that this project is more commonly known as CREEK CITY.

Coz Creek City-Vista is almost complete.....And its being built by DHA-MEINHARDT!!

Yaar currently Jauhar main hi 300 gazz ka ghar 1+ crore ka hia, i don't think these flat's are not worth a buy. Vaise, are there 2and 3 rooms apartments as well ?
