Is Lancer GLX 1.6 Auto a good buy in 2024?

AoA everyone.

I have been using a Lancer GLX 1.3 (Manual) for the past 9 years. I love the way it's drive feels.

Is the 1.6 Auto variant a good buy as a 2nd car in 2024? I've seen mixed opinions on this particular model. As far as mileage goes, I don't expect anything above 10-11.

What would you guys suggest? Or any other car in 15-17 lacs. I would prefer an automatic sedan.

If you can find a clean maintained car. Definitely worth it. Have one in the circle, first owner, ran a decent 300k kms.

They are good solid cars. However, if you can find someone who can source parts for you and you are golden. Prices may be more expensive than local cars, but I would prefer a lancer over others.

I'm a bit biased with my pajero, but it's my own preference to own mitsubishi over others.

My buddy purchased a 2004 lancer in Canada a few years ago. It has 220,000 Kms and is running great! His only issue is rust which isn't a big issue here.

Some parts are expensive, but after market will suffice.
