Since we, city people, usually go out on vacation after a long year break, therefore, our maximum effort is to explore more places in the shortest time.
As far as your concern about too much traveling, please appreciate that I have two major destinations 1 Astore and 2. Hunza. The daily traveling around these destinations would not be more than 60-100km during switching hotels within these areas (eg. from Traising to Chilam is around 60km, likewise from Karimabad to Sost is 100km)

I will suggest to visit less places, But properly. "Around the world in 80 days", To nahi kar rahy. Relax karna better hy.

From astore side, you can go till sheosar lake as road is not yet opened. Please confirm before toy start travelling, so that changes if required can be made accordingly.

This plan is ok if you go with friends however since you are traveling with family and considering car is loaded with 6 persons and each person has 10 days luggage. I assume that you will do this long traveling with quite difficulty. Moreover day 5 and day 6 have a lot of traveling do consider to add a day for rama meadows this would reduce your travelling fatigue.
