We're planning a trip to Quetta from Lahore. If we leave around 6-7am, we'll get there around 9-10pm, with two 30 min stops for resting.
The last 2-3 hours near quetta (via N70) will be in the dark, is it safe or should we leave earlier at 3-4 am?

No idea about this location to be exact. I was generally telling you that its safe to travel on main Quetta route, if this place is on side from main route then you should visit there in daylight hours.
