Is Pakwheels Inspection 100% transparent?

Hi,
I am trying to purchase a cultus these days. While calling a few sellers, some of them said they are not willing for Pak wheel's inspection for their selling car saying "Ap apny mechanic sy jitni marzi tasalli krlou hamein Pakwheels ki inspection ki smjh nhi ati wo gari ki rubbers otar k dakhtay hain bla bla bla",
Secondly, two of the sellers and one of my friend said "Pak wheels ki inspection b reliable nhi, unke bhejay log b seller sy lay day k report mein flexibility kr daity hain " ?

I am sure these are mere false allegations. But still
1. Please share your experience ?
2. Please tell me should i trust those sellers who are not willing for pak wheel's inspection , but willing for inspection from local denter , mechanic ?
3. Can it be 100% trusted?

Brother it all depends, and varies from person to person.

Some Pakwheels guys can be "Ba'al ki Kha'al Utarnay type", getting in to very minute details and taking long time like 45 minutes to 1 hour for complete inspection and giving kafi "Khaaench k" score (my most recent experience and I got 9.2/10 for my 4.5 Grade Vitz after 1 hour of thorough inspection).

Some can be lineant, etc. Taking almost half an hour for complete inspection and giving "Khulla Dulla" but practical and realistic score, not fake or falsely exaggerated!

For same car, on same day, same time, etc. You will get 2 different scores, if 2 different teams from Pakwheels inspect the same car. Human factor Engg. Counts, and matters a lot! Personal Capabilities also vary from one person to another.

You will get different feedbacks from different persons, however, as far as my personal experience is concerned, I am fully satisfied with Pakwheels Car Inspection Services. Have availed their services 4 times since 2017, at different occasions, and never got disappointed!

Btw, I availed services In Islamabad, cannot say the same for Lahore, Karachi, etc. (may be, teams behavior is different there).

Some members have also reported about their corruption stories and black mailing tactics, etc.

Regarding the sellers which aren't willing for Pakwheels inspection can be right too, as Pakwheels inspection guys are also human beings and can make mistakes or false judgement, resulting in breaking up of deal, however, it can happen only once in a blue moon, etc.

I have done Pak Wheels Inspection when i was buying a car and found them very reliable.
You can be there when they inspect to increase your confidence level as well.
They normally dont speak with seller. They do their job and show you the report before emailing.
It was very thoroughly done.

Seller might avoid them because pak wheels check many aspects, a normal mechanic would only see if engine is okay or not probably. I trust them 100%

They grade a car 8.7 with 8 DTC..HOW come it possible to grade a car so high once it has pbms with the engine and they categorise it under the heading of electrical

I have used their services last year and in 2019 and I am satisfied with their services. I availed their services in islamabad and Peshawar while buying car.
