Prices won't be reduced anytime soon.
30 km is a very comfortable range for an electric bike. Mine used to do around 70-80 km of non stop driving when it was brand new.
Just keep in mind that replacement batteries aren't cheap, and they need to be replaced after ~3 years of normal usage.
