In 2018, SBCA had imposed a ban on anything above ground plus one floor in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulberg, Jamshed Town, Liaquatabad and Nazimabad. The ban was imposed due to constraint on water, electricity, and sewage infrastructure.

every second building specially in nazimabad 1 and 2, is a minimum of ground plus 3 now.

i was reading somewhere few days back that SBCA after making all these portions somehow constructed now warning people not to buy as they will be demolished anytime
