Is second hand cuore a good first car for a beginner?

Looking for informed suggestions in terms of:

1. fuel average
2. maintenance
3. safety
4. re-sale value

it is a good option for a beginner but the beginner has to have some basic technical knowledge of how to keep the car working and the spare parts otherwise the mechanics will rip you off.
Coming towards your points
1. Fuel Average (in case of Manual in city you can achieve 12-13 with A/c and 10-11 with A/c on automatic)
2. Maintainance Wise (the major spare parts are available everywhere plus the scrap markets like Bilal Gunj in LHR and other major cities have all the spare parts available you name it and they have it)
3. Safety (Seat belts and Front Disk Brakes only. The Brakes performance is better than Mehran and Old Model Cultus.)
4. Resale Value (In the Current situation of Auto motive market, the value of this vehicle has apricated so if you buy a car in a certain price after 1-2 years you can sell the car at that exact price or some higher price as well)
P.S. I am telling you all of this because I have kept Daihatsu Coure MT 2007 model from 2018-2020. Currently I owns a Daihatsu Coure AT 2007 Model.

First car for the beginner, I would suggest you go for Mehran based on the factors that you mentioned.

Apart from safety (no safety features in Mehran), maintenance, fuel average and re-sale value of mehran is better than cuore and Mehran is also a good choice for beginner's first car based on its cheap maintenance.

The rest is your choice.

Cuore is a good option... However i would suggest for mehran because it has much cheaper maintenance than the cuore...plus u have an option to get an efi Engine too which is much fuel efficient.

Both have good resale
Cuore may have better brakes but still i dont think they can be counted as any safety feature...rest both cars overall have no safety....plus, as a beginner you wont be race driving and mostly be at 50-60 inside city so for this both cars have ok brakes and handling.

Mine also the same opinion. Mehran will be far better for a beginner. I also tried Mehran as a beginner. Having much experience and knowledge of the above mentioned points using a heavy and expensive vehicle will prove a nice experience.
