Minimum I'm getting with AC is 10.8 in worst scenarios. Normally 11 with AC.

if you are worried about fuel consumption...get a city...it is a perfect allrounder...

in city u get 10 to 12km with ac (Manual but light foot) speed 50 to 80
in highway u get 12 to 15km with ac (Manual but light foot) speed 80 to 110

I sold my Swift within a month of buying, Reasons include bad fuel average and hectic drive. I guess, manual car is not meant for me anymore, not at least in Karachi.

get a city...you will fall in love with manuals....the car is smooth like butter....and literally feels,ike driving on a mirror...plus the fuel efficiency is beautiful...

City seems to be a good option, but I m more inclined towards hatchback due to its size and driving ease within metropolis. Having heard many good reviews, I'll give it a try very soon. insha Allah.

Bro agr to fuel average ki tension nh h to swift can beat every local car in acceleration and pick breaking power is fantastic its a complete power pack u will love it if u want to cross any other comparator car in seconds with it that’s why if you want that pleasure so you have to compromise with fuel average on the other hand city is big sedan its nt a power pack its just slow luxury sedan

Bro if you are fast driver and want to taking lovely pleasure of fast car then go for swfit bt its nt a economic car its a power pack just put throttle and shuuuuuunnnn on the other hand city is just a lazy luxury sedan bt its fuel economy is good. i beat honda city many times with my swift in seconds city is a baby girl near to swift its my personal experience...

I owned both cars both are good Bt swift is a road king with 1.3 doch engine on long routes swift is awesome i drive city on motorway around 150 km/hr constantly bt it sucks and also i drive swift 150 km/hr continues on motorway its feels power all the way and the control is very good then city the road grib of swift is awesome like u feel k gari road pr bitch gai hai cz its hydraulic shocks

Buy swift only if you don't have any issue with fuel average. As we all know Swift fuel average is pretty bad. Besides that, its a pretty good car in terms of pick and driving pleasure. Try to look for well maintained low mileage car.

Your comment is old I know may be you made ur decisions but let others people switching from vitz to swift get some points .

I also sold out my vitz and bought a swift dlx 2014 model.
In my experience swift is not too bad in fuel economy within city rush drive getting 10kmpl with chilled ac on the other hand vitz 1.0 is lazy car you can get maximum fuel average of 11 to 12(some people claim they get 15, 16 sounds annoying) in city drive. For 2 to 3 kmpl you compromising your driving pleasure is not a wise decision imo. Swift negative point is comfort level vitz has a better comfort level ( cause its jdm). Swift +point is pocket . Getting up to 10kmpl in city drive and 14 to 16 on highway u can get maximum on highway under speed limit as well.
