Almost all his points are incorrect. City has some flaws like soft suspension, but definitely not the ones pointed out by that man.
Quite a funny statement. First of all it is not made in Thailand, it's locally assembled. Plus is he implying that the build quality of locally assembled vehicles is better than thailand ones? Really!?
Again a ridiculous statement to say that it has a disposal value of 5% at the end of it. Get any 5-6 year old city 2014 and you will see that it is going strong with very high resale value. 5% resale value means it is available under 2 lacs, You won't even find a 2000 City in that price!. I just sold my 14 year old City at a higher price than the price I bought it over a decade ago so you can see that City resale is very strong.
Even with 1.3l engine, the engine has no issue whatsoever in pulling the car. XLI/GLI have a lot heavier body and they are 1.3L. So I don't know how he came up with the assertion that 1.5L is not capable enough.
This contradicts with his above point that 1.5L will ave trouble pulling the car (so it must not be light, right?). You can see a sea of lighter cars all around mostly imports that are so light that they shake badly when speed goes above 80. Don't know how it can be said about City.
Compared to what? Does fuel efficiency of XLI/GLI and 1.6 Altis is superior? or even that of Cultus 1.0L or Swift 1.3L? not at all!
City is a fine car, not so comfortable to drive where the roads are not smooth, but the above points are really far from truth.
