Is the Utility Package for Honda City worth the money?

I am going to get new Honda City soon Inshallah. I am just curious if i should get the utility package (door visors, floor mats and trunk tray) worth 15,600 from the dealer, or should i get the aftermarket ones. Do these things from honda justify their price???

I thing you should buy it from honda.because door visors quality is way better than the local market one.installed in my city aspire it has been three years now no breakage no colour faid.

After market goods (in this case) are far better. Don't spend 15,600 rupees on this so called package. In the market there may be grades of things you buy and in that case go for the better one (even then they cost less than the package). Using it in my car and perfectly satisfied.

Air visors , trunk tray and mats are all of good quality which you get from Honda. I didn't get them cos i didn't like the design of the visors. If you are a quality consious person who won't be able to search the market for good stuff and who's also ok with the design tone then go for it otherwise get from the market.

I got utility package for my city only visors installed trunk tray and mats are available packed as new cuz sold my vehicle i think quality is far better than those available in market

I opted for utility package from Honda for my City. I agree with above reviews about visors quality that it is good. Visors and trunk tray are of good quality. Floor mats might also be of good quality but I didn't like them at all. If I were to buy a new car again, I'll never ever go for the utility package again as I feel it isn't worth 15600 Rs. I have seen awesome floor mats (after market) that don't let a single dust particle pass through them. Honda's mat aren't like that. You have to drill a hole in the floor carpet to get the mats fixed in a single position (if you want to do so).

i paid 1500 for the visor i think 2000 for the floor mats and the tray was for 1000 approx plus minus its something like that but then the total amount didn't cross 5k

the visor is the same like they offer at the showroom with same clips the foot mats are also of good quality and they trunk tray is the same material but different design but it fits like a glove.

i have seen a number of after market visors on cars that have faded. Dont know if all are likely to fade though.

Agreed. Honda utility package is a ripoff.

Visors or air press get the smoky ones sort of see through (dark greyish ones...look much better) not the solid black ones. From the market costs about 1500 and maybe 200 for mazdori. Beats Honda sho room air press any given day

I got trunk luggage tray for Rs 700, and very good quality 5-D floor mats for 2500. Fitting of the mats is excellent due to their shape.
I dont like air press visors, otherwise they can also be installed in max 2000. Thus making total of max 5200.

Hence, getting all this stuff from Honda Showroom is not recommended. Otherwise, there is nothing genuine-ness in all this, even if u get it from Honda.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Why don't you like visors? Or do you mean you don't like visors and thus you haven't got them installed?
