Ok brother. My vehicle(s) had mostly been driven from going to office and back, and in that conditions, I observed fuel efficiency as follows:
Condition 1:
Route: Bahria Town Phase 5 to Pak Secretariat, and back, via PWD Road, Islamabad Expressway, Murree Road / Blue Area
Vehicle: Passo
Fuel Efficiency: 17-17.5 kmpl in summers, with AC, 19-19.5 kmpl in winters
(Vehicle driven with extremely light foot and soft pedal, almost zero idling (i.e. immediately switching OFF the engine in case of signals closure, traffic jams, etc.), stock steel rims and near to stock wide tires)
Condition 2:
Now, the route has been changed from I-10 to Pak Secretariat and back, via 9th Avenue, Kashmir Highway / Blue Area / 7th Avenue
Vehicle: Vitz
Fuel Efficiency: 14-15 kmpl in Summers with AC
(Vehicle driven with light foot, but regular idling (sometimes less, sometimes more), Alloy rims instead of steel (7" wide instead of stock 5" wide steel rims), and 185/65/R15 tyres instead of 165/70/R14 tyres)
Once I got 18 kmpl but in ideal conditions (i.e. all signals open, no idling / stopping at signals). I haven't observed fuel efficiency without AC yet.
(Edited on 11-11-2019: I had forgotten to mention fuel efficiency on motorways. In case of Passo, 19-20 kmpl; in Vitz, 18-19 kmpl, while maintaining speeds between 100-115 kmph)
I hope, this all helps. Thank you.
