i bought Civic Oriel Prosmatic in Aug-2017.
it is Dec-2012 model registered in Jan-2013.
i did not get it transferred in my name. the previous owner has provided me with the signed TO form.
i want to know that is there any expiry date of this form i.e. it does not remain valid after a certain period of time or not.
what will be the procedure of getting it transferred in my name in Lahore & what will be the charges for the process ?
the registration book has also expired (i.e. Jan 2013 to Jan 2018). what will be procedure & fee for its renewal too.
i am filer & token taxes have been cleared till June 2018.
