So I was about to buy a car recently when the owner told me that the file has one missing smart card, which got me wondering is there any way that I can check how many smart cards have been issued against a car?
I appreciated his honesty but didn't go through with that deal. I just want to make sure if I'm paying the price of a car with no issues, it actually doesn't have any issues.
