Is there no Radiator Fan system in Volkswagen Beetle (Old Models). If yes than i want to know about its complete setup of engine cooling system.thanks to experts in advance.
yup my mamu was telling me, u never have to add a single drop of water in it... so i was lyk realy, even im curious to noe how, wat, y...
i also heared from someone so i surprised , lets wait for experts replies ...
no dear my father owned one back in late 80,s,there is no radiator in it,its basically have aircooled system
fresh air is circulated through the engine to keep it cool, such vehicles were extensively used in deserts in 2nd world war where there was shortage of water.
@baajwaso its designed for deserts enviroment on the order of Hitler. i want to know that only original beetle's engine could be run without radiator system.
yeh obviously it is designed that way, there is no system for water circulation inside the engine so we cant use radiator with this engine.
so if we swap another engine than we have to install rediator system first, coz other engines are designed with rediator system.
I have seen some people driving around in Old bugs with corolla engines installed. If it's a water cooled engine then it'd require a radiator no matter where you install it. But I as a proud owner of a 62 VW beetle would highly recommend keeping it on it's original engine. Though I have done a lot of mods on my VW, but engine is one thing I didn't screw with. I even have an A/C installed in mine and Mashallah the air cooling system is so good that I can have the A/C running on full blast in the middle of June and the car still doesn't over heat.
@Vwkidd11so Germen introduced a great technique in Volkswagen Beetle.
They certainly did brother! They certainly did.
Yes Bro its true Beetle has no radiator.
