Is this a good idea visiting Keenjhar this Saturday (9th Muharram)?

Hi Pak Wheelers!

Like I asked in the title, what is your advice on going to Keenjhar coming Saturday (9th Muharram)? Will it be open or closed due to Ashura? What should I expect from Gharo bazaar, I guess the shops and restaurants will all be closed. Any road blocks shall I expect at Makli or Thatta because of Ashure?

Secondly, not relevant to the above, what are the road conditions of N-5 these days. Any renovation or expansion going on?

I visited last year all was ok roads were open and national highway in better condition.
