These rust stains are not a danger. Its literally surface rusting due to the excessive “serviss tayshun” washings that people subject these cars to.

bhai ye surface rust hai, problem nahi hai. itni to ho hi jati hai cars main... it can easily be removed also by some treatment.
You should probably avoid this POS....this isn't just surface rust but harbinger of the crumbling days ahead...these Shitties rust like these are being used as oceanliners. Most definitely the body cavities have started to rust from inside out.
