Is this engine knocking or exhaust leak sound?

So, if you press the accelerator and car is at very low speed, sometimes hear a 'hissing' type of noise. Only when accelerator is pressed on slow speed and car is warmed up already.. not when car is cold or moving at above 20-30km/hr speed.

It started coming on low viscosity oil 5w30, but not much noise on oil like 5w40.

what could it be ?

Is this engine knocking or something else?

Sound somewhat similar to 3:05 in this video.. but it's not very loud when you're in the car.. difficult to hear it.

its probably mild knock due to switching to mildly thinner oil
video u shared is very loud and is a exhaust leak, do u really think the sound relates

I think yes relates but is much lower in intensity.. and only comes when you press on the pedal at slow speed.

Is there any video / sound of how a knock should sound.. and does knocking happen only when you press the pedal at slow speed?

Also sound does not increase if you press more pedal or speed up.. actually goes away/can't hear at high speed.
