Motorbike on national highway is risky. Too many trucks. If you're going to do it, stay away from trucks, tractor trailers, buses, etc. Be aware that heavy duty vehicles have big blind spots. I have seen too many videos of bike riders getting crushed under heavy vehicles. Install both side-mirrors and keep an eye on traffic coming from behind.

side mirrors are already installed, What if we start journey at 3am, that case there will be low traffic.

I would advise to start journey on highway at dawn. 4-5 AM is good, as night riding on bike can also be risky. Evening 4 PM to 12 AM is the worst time to drive or ride on national highway.

There is only one straight route for bikes. Follow N5 from Lahore to Islamabad. About 300 km total.

what if we stay one day in Jhelum ? that way we will visits some places in jhelum too and will have rest

Sure, its up to you. Mangla Dam lake is near Jehlum, been there many times. Boating/jetski is available.

i did lots of tour on this route keep your eyes open use mirrors almost 100% of time when taking turns or in general dont drive behind heavy vehicle and keep your speed as low as possible dont rush because beside the bad or sleepy drivers there are lots of bumps on the road which may cause accidents use horn when over taking indicators when turning or overtaking. dont drive nonestop take a break after 2-3 hours because you may loose focus.. you will enjoy your journey after gujrawala there are lots of awesome dabbaz on the way
Edit: i wouldn't recommend leaving at 3AM instead leave at 4:30 check tires and chain.
